Question about the Vistor Visa...

I have changed my Employer , and have a valid visa until Dec'2005 thru my previous employer. I want to bring over my Mother to USA for visiting us. Can I apply for her visa with my previous employer papers, or is it better to get my visa stamped with the new employer and then apply the visa, If anybody in came out this situation would help me great in deciding whether to apply or not.

Second Issue,
Can any body Advice whether to go Canada for getting H1 Stamped?

You can take an employment letter, pay stubs, H1 approval etc. from current employer. H1 visa stamp can be from previous employer.
