My Mom and Dad got 2 different time slots.

Hi,
We booked an appointment for my parents through some consultancy.They got the appointment on Feb 2nd in Hyd(Telugu) but different time slots.My dad got at 10:45 AM and my mom at 11:00AM.Can they both go together to the same window?Is there any way to get the same time slot?

Well, in your case, as the time difference is not much, they may still be interviewed together.
