How to get an earlier Appointment

I just got an appointment for my parents for June 10. The appointment tracking website said that the wait was 64 days - but this is about 90 days.

Is there a way to get an earlier appointment ? Would appreciate any help.

Only way is that you keep checking to see if there are any cancellations.

Which consulate did you get the appointment from? Is it Chennai?
