I have a girlfriend who is currently in Dubai on a tourist visa that I would like to bring to the US. She is Iranian, so I anticipate this being a challenge. Rather than marrying her abroad and bringing her here, I was hoping to apply for a fiancee visa allowing us the 90 days to see if she likes it here first. Anyone know about how long this process might take to be approved?
