Urgent Help regarding Visitor visa for mother

Hi,

I am on L1 visa since June 2008 in USA. I have applied for my mothers visa to visit me for a month. My parents weren't able to visit me since my dad was busy/sick. My father passed away 4 months back. I want my mom to visit USA for 2 months. She has 2 more kids living with her in Mumbai, both of them studying and unmarried.

Please give me tips. I have arranged all the documents mentioned on the site. This site is very helpful. I have mentioned my mother as housewife. We have properties in Mumbai (2 flats) Agricultural land in my village on my mothers name. What are her chances of getting a visitor visa?

1) What should my mother's answer for the question: Who will accompany you on this travel?? Should she tell alone? or should she tell my son will take me with him when he comes to India? my visa will expire in May, currently have I94 till 2013.

I am married and my wife is in India...applying for her visa. Should my mother tell that she will travel with my wife?? Please help..
