Hi
I filled g639 form on the uscis website to get my i94 details. I later realised that form was for immigrants only. Will i be questioned abt this when i reapply for a b2 visa if i have an interview?

Are you trying to get your I-94 from entry or from an Extension of Stay or Change of Status? Why can't you get your I-94? Does the CBP's I-94 website have the correct entry and exit dates?

If you are trying to get the records of your I-94 from entry, you should be making an FOIA request to CBP, not USCIS.

I know i shud have got it from cbp. I mistakenly filled that form. However i got an email from uscis saying nothing was found since i didnt fill the form correctly. I never proceeded further.
hope i dont get questioned abt it over my b2 visa renewal again. I have used avvo.com where lawyers reply for free once n most of them said it shouldn't be an issue. Was hoping to get some feedback from here too.
