How long Canada Tourist Visa (Online) take process?

I planning to Visit canada the end of the year. but my passport is weak. and i am not live in my born country.
I input my data thru IRCC online and now still collecting other requirements docs, planning to submit next week on 20th.
It says also i need to do biometric and photo. router login
should i do it after submitting my application? or same time?

As far as I know, the processing time for a Canadian tourist visa (online application) can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on the country you’re applying from and the current workload of the visa office.
