What should I put on "Visa Issuing Country"

Hello, I know maybe it will sound stupid but im confused what country I should write on visa issuing country on check-in part of LOT flight to Poland. On my visa, it is the city of my own country, but İ got this visa to fly to Poland. İ searched and it says İ should write Poland (some says my own country).
