Yesterday had my f1 visa appointment at mumbai consulate, there was a rude and uninterested officer he took my i20 and asked for how many colleges have you applied to and why have you chosen this course he was typing something on the keyboard all the time, after asking these 2 questions he just rejected my visa without giving and reason. Can anyone tell why did it happened or does it only works like this? Please provide some suggestions and should I apply for the 2nd time. Has the same happened with someone else?
