Australian Visas coming from India

Hey everyone, could use some guidance. My fiancé is from India, she has filled out visitor visas for her family to come over for our wedding at the start of next year. The curious thing is that she did a group application for her father, sister, brother-in-law and niece. The Father has been approved, it took like 3 days. Is there a number we could call? Is such a time difference on a group application normal? Any guidance would lessen the stress on her and therefore on me. Thank you.
