    Parents on Green Card coming after 1yr+

    Good Morning
    Parents are on Green Card and they couldn’t come to US due to medical conditions. It’s been 1yr 2 months from their last visit.
    What can we expect at port of entry ?
    Is there any cover letter format that we can use along with supporting medical records ?

    Please suggest. Thanks​
