Hello, I've been attempting to use the official website to pay for an e-visa application to the Russian Federation. When I attempt to pay, I am taken to a website in the United Arab Emirates where I must use Telr to pay with AED, which I have, but after approving the transaction with my bank, I continue to receive a "payment cancelled" page. I've attempted to make payments on multiple devices and with multiple cards connected to two distinct accounts that have sufficient funds, but I keep receiving the same message. Does anyone know anything about this or have any suggestions on how I might approach this problem? By the way, I've already emailed the payment company, but they haven't responded in more than a day read more .
