Multiple Visa's at once

Dear all. I'm coming to you with a question. Legally speaking, am I able to hold different visa's or passes at the same time? Specifically, I'm interested in applying to the Hong Kong Top Talent Pass Scheme and the Singapore Work Holiday Employment Pass, in addition I am currently studying in the UK on a one year Student Visa.
