International Courier Option no more?

I wanted to submit my UK visa application in the Paris center, but I live in Luxembourg and Paris is our closest option. Last time I got my visa by submitting the application in Paris and opting for a courier service to get the passport back to Luxembourg. However, I don't see the option to select international courier anymore.
Does anyone else know more about this https://tutuapp.uno/ ?
