I'm currently on pre-settled status.
I have 5 years continuous residence 2009 - 2014
Almost 5 years (minus 3 months) 2016 - 2021.
I've received a monthly UK salary, but working remotely and living outside the UK for 7 months per year since 2021 (as a UK tax resident).
Should I apply for settled status? If all they check is national omegle xender insurance records I'll have 5 years continuous. but if the also check entry and exit records I won't since 2021.
