My bf is on ILR on EU settlement. If I transfer to spouse visa then I can follow 5year route or I have to follow 10 years route? I am currently on another visa if it is 10 years then I will wait till that expires and if 5years then I will try to switch as earlier. I am confused as some says 10 and some says 5 https://vlc.onl/
