Anyone apply for New Zealand tourist visa recently?

Hi All,

I recently applied for my NZ tourist visaand it's been 15 days but I haven't heard back.

My gf applied separately and she received her visa in just 7 days.

Anyone who recently applied and facing delays https://9apps.ooo/ ?

Also is there an email where we can contact the embassy as on the website I could only find Phone Numbers from NZ.
