I have 2 arrest records but both were dismissed. I plan to travel to US to visit my relative on B1/B2 visa - other than secondary inspection, wanted to know if anybody had issues entering? Thanks in anticipation.

I would advise that any arrest records, even if they were dismissed, should be disclosed during the visa application process, as it can be a significant factor in your entry to the U.S. Each case is unique, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the port of entry may conduct a thorough secondary inspection to review your records. While having a dismissed record might not automatically prevent entry, it is essential to be prepared for questions about your history. Other individuals with similar situations have experienced secondary inspections, but the outcome can vary depending on specific circumstances.
