  • Enquiry regarding Green Card holders in ILR application

I’m a doctor working in the NHS in the UK, and I’m applying for my ILR under the 5-year route for skilled workers. I’m a bit confused about the question under the heading ‘Do you currently hold or have you ever held any other nationality or citizenship?’

Should I put ‘yes’ or ‘no’? If I’m only holding a green card from the US, would that be considered another nationality or citizenship?

I’d really appreciate your help with this!

      Hello!
For your ILR application, you should answer "yes" to the question about holding another nationality or citizenship if you currently hold a green card from the US. A green att dashboard card is considered a form of permanent residency, which counts as another nationality or citizenship.
