Visitor visa left country before notice for figure prints

Hello,

my mother visited in Jan 2020 and due to covid her flight was cancelled to return back before 6 months. We applied for visa extension. It took long time to get status. My mother left to india in October 2020 and we got extension figure print notice after she left.

now she wants to visit again. Unfortunately I lost original extension application and biometric notice.

can someone please help and let me know if it's OK for her to visit now after 4 plus years again to usa.
