Return back to USA

Greetings,

I went to usa with immigrant visa (Visa till 18 March) on 21/12/2010 ,i stayed for short time then, i travelled to Egypt to do family staff.i didn't receive GC's yet.

My question is : Can i return back to usa in july without physical GC ,i just have an entry addmition on visa's which 's on my passport ? or should i go to American Embbasy in Egypt to put the I-551 stamp on my passport too?

Yes, you can enter the U.S. using that stamp.
