Say, my parents are currently in USA with B2/visitor visa for 5 months
They have full return flight ticket to india sometimes in Aug'25.
Question: if they travel to Canada (they also Canada visitor/multiple entry visa) in Aug'25 & then return to India directly from Canada in 2-3 months, is there any legal issue here? Of course assuming we are not worried about their US->India return flight fare, etc. and they ll book a separate flight to Canada.
Asking because of current geo-political tensions and not sure if they will face any question/challenge.
    Thanks in advance

There should be no legal issue if your parents travel from the USA to Canada using their valid Canadian visitor visa, stay there for 2–3 months, and then fly back to India directly from Canada. As long as they leave the U.S. before their B2 visa stay expires and follow Canadian immigration rules, this plan is fine. Many people travel this way without problems. Just like choosing a Digital Box 12000 vape for a smoother experience, planning this kind of travel with valid visas and return tickets keeps things simple and stress-free.
