Colombia Transit visa processing time

Hi, I am an Indian, on PR visa in canada. I applied for a transit visa for colombia as i have a 3 hours layover there (Montreal-bogota-Cusco) through Avianca., My application is stuck at step 1 from last 4 days. I applied it on April 14, and my flight is on May 14. Do you think I should be able to get the transit visa by then ? I am very much worried https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ !
