Hi all
My Mom got 10 year visa last week. Thanks to immihelp for excellent providing information. I simply followed the instructions given in this website in preparing the sponsor documents and also visitor documents.
In the interview, consular had asked two questions
1. why didn't you come last year ? ( We had applied last year for visa and officer asked for passport copies. My mom did not go back because of work )
answer: I could not come because of work at home.
2. Do you have approval for last time stay ? ( This is the second time that my mom is coming and the first time, she had extended her stay . )
answer: I have the copy of the approval to stay. ( she showed the copy )
officer looked at the sponsor documents and given the visa.
