  • With regard to travel not taken out within the 6 month period of visa

    Hello,
I have got my B1/B2 visa for 6 months which expires on the 12 of april,2005.Due to delays from the U.S. with regard to an important document I mite not be able to take my travel out within 12th of april,2005.How should I proceed to get a new visa stamped and will they refuse to give me a new extended visa? I already have a visa which was cancelled without prejduice due to a mistake in the date and I sent it for correction and got a new visa but now it seems I have to get an another visa...will this be a problem? How easy or tough is it to get a new visa??

    Kindly advice.

    Thanking you,
    Harish.kumar

Just apply all over again after current visa expires. Follow the same procedure again.
