New Changes at POE

Hi,

My aunt has 10 years multiple entry visa. She was here last year for 4months. She is planning to visit us again this year. My questions is,

1. Since she is coming here in quick session, is there any risk involved?
2. There was no US-VISIT program last year, and didn't have fingerprint at consulate in India, what are the things she need to be prepared at POE?
3. Please advise any other POE changes for Visitors since last year.

My aunt was in USA last year between Feb 20 and May 25th of 2004. And she is planning to come here on March 19th of this month, she also got return ticket for 4 months. What kind of questons she may face POE.

please reply as she is close to travel.
