Visa for Parents - Urgent Help

Hi,

My parents in India have Visa Appointment on 28th Jan. I sent them the original I 134 forms, Employment Verification Letter & Invitation Letters by courier by till now it has not reached. Looks like it is lost some where.
Is it advisable to carry the printout of the scanned copies of the original documents or I need to send the original ones again. Does US embassy really look for original letter or even printout of these documents can work.

They already have the original DS 160, Visa Appointment, HDFC Reciept and other documents.

Pl. advise me asap.

Printouts may work fine. Most of these documents are never looked at anyway. Just mention that the mail was lost in transit. You still have couple more days and hope the mail makes it by then.

I would like to know the docs required for their smooth visa stamping.
Since you came across this situation, can ou list the required docs from my side. Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
