HI There,
I am trying to bring my Niece (9 years old) for the summer vacation here in USA. She will be travlleing with her grand parents who already have a 10 year visa. My question is since she is a Minor and needs to get a visa, how will this work?
Who will accompany her to the embassy? Can one of her grand parents who already have a visa accompany her?
