Apply seperate for each parent?

My parents visa application got rejected three times so far in the last 2 years. The reason quoted so far is economic and social ties in India.

My dad is retired and my mom is working as a teacher.

I am thinking about what could we do different for next visa application? Specificaly, does it make sense for them to take seperate appoinments?

It would not help if you get separate appointment. It may in fact hurt.
