Question about my parents B2 Visa

Hi

My father had been to Japan few years back and now we are applying for B2 visa .

I have heard that it would help in getting the visitor visa to the US

I wanted to know where we can mention about this. I didn't find it in DS 160

Visits and returning from foreign countries as evidenced from visa stamps in passport may have favorable effect compared to brand new passport. However US visa application history is more important than other countries.
