Visitor Visa Extension

Hi,

My parents have been sponsored by my brother-in-law back in 2001, for a visitor visa. Now, my mom visited me and my wife. we wanted to apply for an extension on her visit. My brother-in-law have moved to another country now. Are we eligible to apply for an extension for her. Please let us know ASAP.
