B2 visa requirement for relative

Hello,

I am living in US on L1 visa with spouse and kid since last 15 months.
I am planning to invite my sister-in-law (wife's younger sister) to visit us as a tourist. She is unmarried and works in a small company in India.

She will bear all the expenses for the trip herself but she doesn't have decent balance in her bank account. Hence I assume that I will have to act as a sponsorer.

Can you please guide me with the other steps ? (will the process be same as for B2 visa for parents ?)

Could you tell me any specific points we have to be careful about ?
