Tax Papers for B2 Visa

To Whom It May Concern:

When a resident of India is trying to obtain a B2 visa to visit a friend in the USA the tax paper requirements is the past 3 years.

If all 3 years of the required paper work cannot located where/how and cost can a duplicate be obtained.

In that case, you can request tax transcripts from IRS.

IRS Form 4506T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return).

I am talking about the India resident tax paper. Where can he get a duplicate in India or where ever he can get a duplicate.
