Renew visa after 10 years

Hello Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for taking your time to answer my query. My parents (in-laws) are in India and their 10 yrs approved visa is expiring in May. What is the procedure for renewing the visas.

Do I have to send papers to them ans they have to go to the consulate. or Is there any other way since its after 10 yrs.

There is no renewal.

They have to do it all over again fresh.
