how, where, and who files or submits the I-134 for a tourist visa

I need to submit an I-134 (affidavit of support) for my grandmother and two aunts who wish to attend my wedding in US. I have all the documentation ready and they have submitted their respective visa applications. My question is how do I provide the US Embassy with the I-134. Do I file it or does my grandma and my aunts file it? If I file it do I mail it to the Embassy, or mail it somewhere else? If they file it, do they mail it to the Embassy ahead of time or do they take it with them to the interview???

You fill it and give it your relative who will be attending the interview. They will show them to the consular officer at the time of visa interview.

On a related note, should I MAIL the original I-134 forms or can I send a scanned copy? Please advise.
