I am planning to bring my mother-in-law to US by july-august 2011.
my father-in-law is not coming as he is not in a very healthy condition for long distance travel. they have two married daughters including my wife. my mother-in-law is not having any property in her name. the house and land where they live is in my FIL's name. So please let me know what all documents she can get to prove that she will return back to india? As of now, she has a bank a/c, daughter's birth certificate, ration card, election id, bsnl phone bill . Also we can have family photos as a proof. please reply to this post..
