I recently graduated from school in December and would like to invite my parents from India for my graduation in May 2011. I have been working for the past 1 month in CA. My father is a banker and mother is a homemaker, back in India. My father's salary is 6L per annum. I am trying to schedule their visa for mid-March. By then, I shall about USD 12000 in my account from my salary and hiring bonus. I have two questions here -
1. Would it be a problem if I sponsor my parents as I have been working only since Jan-end and my account is recently replenished due to my pay checks.
2. My salary account is a new account that I opened after I moved to CA. My other account that I used earlier is no more active. Hence would it be a problem if my account is 2 months old?
