Hi,
I am processing my parents US visitor visa and I have a confusion regarding the visa photo requirement. Actually, my father got his photo clicked with open collar (He is wearing a formal shirt) and I am not sure if open collar photos are acceptable for US visa. I checked at your website, US Visa site and other places but could not find any specific guidelines in this respect. As far as all the other requirements are concerned, photo mets them.
Please guide in this matter, I can fwd you photo if required.
