Help needed for visitor visa to usa

hi there,

my paraents applied for visitor visa & they rejected...
my mother rejected twice...i m on h1 b visa here...
now i want to file for them again but not on my sponcer...my sister is here & they are USA citizen...so will affect anything that they had appread before on my sponcer and now on my sister ?

It does not really matter.

Irrespective of who sponsors it (whether the sponsor is on on h1 or citizen), still applicants have to prove strong ties to home country.
