    Visa for Candian citizen residing in India

    Hi,

    One of my relative who hold duals citizenship of Canada and India and resides in India currently is planning to visit me in the US. Would he be required to apply for any visa ? If yes which type ? Or is there some other form that needs to be filled.

    Your help is greatly appreciated, please let me know if you have any pointers.

    India does NOT allow any dual citizenship. Therefore, he could not be dual citizenship of India and any other country.

      By dual citizenship, I meant OCI card for india and canadian passport
