Visitor visa complicated issue

I had us student visa on which I was doing masters degree

In august i was not able to give final exam as my marriage got fixed and I had to come to India and I notified my instructor about that. Because of these they made my i20 suspended in end of January

In January for spring I went back to usa to come back finally. School started on Jan 12th and I didn't registered because I wanted to come back to India and didn't wanted to continue my studies. So I sold the car and everything and came back in mid feb. My question is does these count as violation of student visa

After getting married I want to go to USA on visitor visa to visit my friends there and give them a wedding party

Do you think I hold a chance for these visitor visa?

I have now business in India as well have good property in India. There is no problem I can see in visa except if they think that i have violated f1 visa because I didn't attended the exam

As long as you attended the school while you were in the U.S., you didn't violate student visa just because you didn't take the exam.

You can try applying for tourist visa, just like anyone else.
