HI,
My parents went for interview on 4th feb 2011 at Delhi consulate for visitor visa and were denied. without looking at any document and hardly asking 1-2 simple question.No reasons were given.We (my hubby) was sponsring the trip.I would like to apply again but not sure as what else I can do to assure..I have few question(s)..
I read that these visa officers are trained enough to anlyse the situation and they get all information by looking at application..but since I did all paperwork ,I know that there are no personal questions asked on the application as how many kids you have, how much property you have , etc..except whether the applicant is working or non working...then how do these officers assume that the applicant has no strong tie back in country and will not come back...
Can someone help as if there is something we can do to convince these officers..
I was thinking of sending my parents seperatly for interview so that they both can assure that they have at least their spouse to come back back to...
I am planning on taking another date somewhere in mid April..
Also, does day matter? meaning if appointment is on mon-tue compare to friday , that helps too...
