So i have a friend that lives in Romania and she will be applying for a tourist visa to come over and spend a few months(obviously 90 days is max).
I had a few questions.
1) What is generally the success rate in getting the visa?
2) What things generally are looked at the most in deciding to approve a application
3) I read that you must have proof you will return to the country of origin. How do you prove this? Bills? Proof of family or friends? Owner ship of a home/car? Proof of tickets purchased with a return trip/date?
4) To prove you can sustain yourself on your trip(you have money) should you bring a bank statement to the interview or something?
5) Should you mention that you are using this trip to meet the person so at a later date you can apply for a fiance visa? Or is that frowned upon?
6) Does it help that she will be staying with me during the trip and not at a hotel?
