Multiple US Visits

Hi,

My mother has a 10-year multiple entry Visa. We wanted her to visit in April for a month and then come back in October for a four-month period. There is going to be a gap of 5 months between her visits.

Will that create any problems? Any information or your past experiences will be helpful.
