Visitor Visa- Info Needed

Info needed on visitor visa for my mother

I am in US on BL1 visa.

can i sponser her

Invitation letter, letter to consulate from my side and
Letter to consulate from my mother can be on plain paper
or some goverment/Bond paper.

I will be showing financial proof and proof that i will be bearing all the cost. She is dependent on me, Does she also needs to show some sort of financial proof.

Does she needs to show proof of property or any other proof that she will be returning back.

After taking web Appt at the consulate, she has to carry all the docs with her
on interview date or does she needs to send some of the docs in advace
