B2 Visa: Single Entry vs Multiple Entry

Hi guys
I am planning to apply for a Visitor's visa to the US, as i plan to go on a vacation only for a few days max. I am a Canadian PR but on a Malaysian passport (so i am not visa exempt).

Anyway, I was wondering if there was a difference in a SINGLE entry B2 visa VS a MULTIPLE entry B2 visa in terms of the fees? And also of the process time?

Application fee is the same but the issuance fee may vary based on the country of citizenship and duration of visa.
