My mother in law got her visa rejected today.she is a widower and her second daughter is also here in US who holds GC and iam in H1 visa.She had her visa from 2002 to 2012(applied thru second daughter husband) but she lost her passport having that visa so she tried to reapply for that now .She went for the interview today and by seeing the police FIR copy of the lost passport the security at the entrance said like it mentioned as international passport lost but again she was allowed inside by him
and she was asked by lady like wwhether she lost her passport and she said yes then that lady got her into a separate room and told her to wait there
And a male consular office came in and he asked what income do u have ? she said like she is getting house rents around Rs 15000/month and he asked about her other childrenand she was explained him and he said visa rejected for u
Even she showed the house document owned by her but he didnt looked it seems and he didnt chekced other documents also
What is the next step i have to do again on this? dont know where the mistake had happened
whether in FIR and in the income issues
Plz advice me on this .Do anyone know any good visa agents in chennai?
