Visitor Visa if Spouse is US citizen

My spouse is a US citizen and we had gotten married in the US a few months ago. We were planning on living in India for a couple of years, so I came back to India and my H1-B has expired. My spouse is still in the US and has health issues, I really want to get back to the US right away. What is the quickest way to get back, and can I apply for a visitors visa or K3? From what I have read, K3 petition is immediately shelved once I-130 is approved. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I would be hard for you to get B2 visa.

Try immigrant visa.
