The VISA fee of demand drafts to be amde for the consulate, is that to be done by my invitee/visitor in India? or

Can I make it here addressed to consulate and send it with the paperwork?

And How do I do it here?

please update your visa fee section. the TTS visa fee is Rs 441/- even in delhi and kolkatta.
Kolkatta TTS service had confirmed the same to me.
