Hi,
I noticed that amongst all the consulates only Calcutta Consulate mentions in their website that they require DS156 and DS 157 form from all applicants.
SInce my inlaws are applying there , they have enclosed both the forms for each applicant.
Other consulates like Delhi and Mumbai only ask for DS156 and DS 157 from male applicants only (14-44yrs)!
